Location
Paros belongs to the Cyclades complex in the centre of the Aegean. Our hotel is located on the southeast side of Paros in the beautiful village of Marpissa. Marpissa is 17 km from the port of Parikia, 12 km from Naoussa, and 17 km from Paros Airport. The road is easily accessible by car, taxi, or bus. The hotel is located just 1 kilometer from the nearest beaches, offering easy and quick access to the sea. Within only a few minutes on foot, you can enjoy swimming and relaxing moments by the waves without the need for transportation. The nearest beaches are Piso Livadi, Logaras Beach, and Pounta Beach.

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise agreed between the contracting parties, any customer who makes a reservation for one or more rooms/apartments in the accommodation for a certain period of time and does not use them either for the entire period or for part of it pays the provider, for the period in which they did not use the accommodation, compensation equal to half of the amount they would have had to pay if they had used it. Any advance payment made by the customer shall be offset. If the customer withdraws from the contract and informs the provider of the cancellation of the reservation at least twenty-one (21) days before the start of the contract, they are released from any contractual obligation and the provider is obliged to immediately refund any advance payment received. Paragraph 1 shall also apply when the customer does not appear at the accommodation on the agreed date.
